How We Work

In our experience, the most successful projects have involved a hybrid blending of all three kinds of consultant roles:  expert, pair-of-hands and collaborative. Still, these highly successful projects were predominantly collaborative in nature.

These are the key areas of collaboration:

1. Expressing and defining the client’s goals that are Specific, Measured, Attainable, Realistic and Time-Bound.
2. Planning how to communicate progress and results to the organization.
3. Deciding who is involved in the data collection.
4. Generating and validating the right kind of data.
5. Interpreting the discovery results.
6. Deciding what to change, then how to make the change.

While we prefer working in a collaborative relationship with our clients, sometimes our clients only need an expert, or a pair-of-hands. We are happy, therefore, to serve our clients in whichever role they are comfortable with, and meets their needs.
